Furthermore, The main function of BodyTalk is for the BT practitioners to listen. This we do by way of a muscle-checking technique. It finds the priority that is hindering optimal health then re-connecting this faulty communication.

Thusly, assisting the body to focus on these priority situations. BodyTalk sessions usually last from 30-60 minutes. They can be done in the office, at home, over the phone, via Zoom.

A private BodyTalk session helps you to resolve items in the body that are not communicating properly. This allows the body to heal and maintain its natural health balance more quickly.

The BodyTalk System (Whole Health Care) is a health system practiced in 62 countries. Additionally, there are 1000s of clinical health results. Also, it works with the body’s innate/inner wisdom on all levels, emotional, physical, mental plus energetic. It can be integrated into all other modalities of healthcare or used as a stand-alone practice. BodyTalk System is safe and non-invasive. The practitioner (in person or on a remote Zoom call) finds the ‘priority and the ‘sequence’ of the re-connection of ‘non’ communicating ‘body’ parts/systems. Qi Gong movements are set up to: learn enhanced breathing. Also, it helps the brain to scan the body for any ‘compromised’ areas. Also, it unblocks energy pathways (meridians), and massages internal organs.

The benefits of Qi gong cover an impressive and lengthy list. You can imagine what unblocked energy can do for your digestive system,  to mobilize and strengthen the immune system and to circulate stronger energy to all your cells so they operate more efficiently.

The goal is to balance the system, and restore harmony to all levels on the person’s being– mind-body-spirit. Reiki (pronounced RAY Key) is an energy healing technique. There is a soothing flow of warm energy transmitted from the hands of the practitioner to the client to restore the body’s homeostasis. This means, it promotes relaxation, and can also reduce stress and anxiety through feeling this gentle warm energy. Reiki practitioners use their hands to deliver energy to your body, improving the flow and balance of your energy to support your body’s natural healing ability either ‘on’ or ‘above’ the body. One of the most FAQ to us is, “What are the benefits of Reiki?”  The answer, Reiki has ‘known’ clinical results in reducing anxiety, helping with digestion problems, stress release, and improving sleep. (Actually, most clients fall asleep on the table). You will concentrate on the quiet, calm, warm energy that instinctively goes to the location of concern. (You may feel it in your shoulder if you present with shoulder issues and low back if that is your situation).

Also, Reiki has been known to elicit: support to CXR patients receiving chemotherapy and radiation. Other reported benefits are faster natural self-healing, sleep, stimulation of energy, and strengthening of your immune system.

My father was in the last stage of Cancer/Morphine/ Hospice care when his whole body shook for hours until I arrived. I did two of the Wellness Wonder techniques on him. He stopped shaking and asked me the next day for more of that ‘warm calming stuff 

Two (2) bees had flown into a slurpee drink and unseen, the mother drank, heard buzzing inside her mouth and her tongue was stung twice. Immediately Wellness Wonders/Fast Aid was applied and no swelling took place, even the stinging went away in 4-5 minutes.

At a party, someone came in on crutches and couldn’t put ‘any’ weight on the sprained ankle. Wellness Wonders/FastAid was applied.. The man put weight on his foot, then walked, then jumped. Everyone was amazed!

Massage, the Feel Good Therapy. ‘All’ massage really should be on everyone’s list of ‘to-dos’. Not only does it feel great, but you get to be pampered, have some quiet time, let your body be calm, and start the repair cycle. Bottom line: it’s safe, beneficial for all ages, and a wonderful way to enhance your health!
Professional massage is done by a certified therapist in a hotel, spa, mobile van, or corporation. Even a one-time massage will refresh the body, and move around some lymph which is like a detox. Your energy flow will increase, and can, if requested, unblock any stuck emotions causing aches and pains. There are specific massages such as hand and foot massage (reflexology) Ear, hand, and head Indian massage, oil Ayurvedic massage, full body massage, integrated massage using Reiki healing energy etc. A weekly ‘regular’ or monthly appointment schedule is extremely beneficial to better manage the stressful lives everyone is living. Massage is a complementary addition to your health treatment plan. Normally a massage is 45 minutes, or one hour or 1:30 minutes. They are proper and professional. Additionally, massage may alleviate chronic pains.

Even a one-time massage will refresh the body, move around some lymph which is like a de-tox, increase energy flow, and un-block any stuck emotions causing aches and pains. A regular weekly or monthly schedule of course is extremely beneficial to better manage stress, alleviate chronic pains and to relieve the pressure building up of the stress induced tension throughout the body and systems.
In many recent articles and testimonials it is evident that therapeutic massage may, and in many cases does: ** Aid with sleep challenge situations ** Increase ability to handle stressful situations more calmly
* Assist in Sports Injury recovery ** Help to alleviate aches and pains ** Strengthen immune system ** Brings on state of well being.

It is even now thought that massage may help address mental health concerns. In 17 random controlled trials, it was found that with massage therapy there was lessened symptoms in people suffering from bouts of depressions, stress, and nerve disease compared with the controlled groups of those ‘not’ receiving massage. Many times, a massage is the only sweet, caring touch a person has in this big rapid moving world. Human touch, by itself, is therapeutic.
There is much new scientific work being done with plasticity of the brain (the ability of the brain to rewire itself). And even though research is ongoing, in a 2018 published review in Focus magazine, it was reported that massage may affect brain circuitry. So it can be a potential therapy to use in conjunction with a doctor’s recommended care such as behavioral therapy, and lifestyle changes.
