For our 2025 ‘Ikaria Health/Eco Retreat’, we chose one of the 5 Blue Zones of Longevity on the planet, Ikaria. This is the ancient ‘Island of Healing’ seen on NetFlix, Oprah,NYTimes, and CBS Sunday Morning show to over 5,000,00 viewers. It’s 22 miles long, with 62 villages, and 9,000 inhabitants. We set up the retreat to follow the Blue Zone philosophies. ie: to eat the fresh homegrown Mediterranean diet, experience natural movement, and taste ‘Ikarian honey for health’,
You Won’t: sit for HOURS on a freeway, breathing bad air, eat non-organic food, spend time on a treadmill going nowhere, or drive in circles in a shopping mall parking lot!
You Will: sample the worldwide famous pure raw Ikaria Honey and learn the 6 hour BodyTalk ACCESS seminar to have a lifetime of health tools for you and your family. You’ll bathe in the famous “thermal hot springs”, and drink the famous Ikaria homemade strong 14% wine. Additionally, plenty of free time to experience sandy beaches and the healthy Aegean Sea and air. Get the ‘natural movement’ by taking a ‘bolta’ (adventuresome walk) and also learn Greek dances for your night out. If you are health-minded, sign up and get more than a tan on this vacation!

Getting to Ikaria: You’ll take the 45 minute flight from Athens to Ikaria on Sky Express or Aegean/ Olympic Airways. We will pick you up from the airport for the 90-minute drive around the island (with stops on the ‘north’ side of Ikaria at the magic water spring and a cafe in the port village of Evdilos). Continuing on, you’ll check into your seaside resort in Armnistis. You’ll receive your Ikaria Retreat itinerary at your welcoming session.

*The BodyTalk Access Seminar *World famous Ikaria honey. *Experience Eco-hiking with an expert biologist and dance lessons by the local instructor for our night out. *Qi Gong *Greek cuisine * Free time with the Aegean sea, Ikaria’s calmness and pristine air.
During the week you’ll have free time to explore, take photos, go to the beach, sleep, etc. Learn about the Blue Zone philosophy as we do what the Ikarians do: Experience the natural movement as we hike, join the community as you dance, eat the famed Ikaria Honey, dining on fresh organic foods. You’ll be immersed in the BodyTalk ACCESS seminar for two ‘3’ hour sessions of natural health techniques that will last a lifetime! There will be an (optional) Qi Gong practice on several of the mornings (beach or poolside). We’ll go on a beautiful hike in the rugged beauty that has Ikaria voted ‘Best hiking in Europe’. Additionally, our Integrated-MindBody-Wellness massages will be available.
Qigong exercise and benefits on the beach/or pool area creates a unique and immersive experience, connecting individuals with nature and promoting wellness.
