It’s called the CORTICES technique… It’s the ‘key’ technique of the BodyTalk System. It’s being used around the world by all ages to help with better focus and memory, stress release and better sleep. Generally, a great tool to have for those emergency situations as well. It’s easy to learn and do. It involves a holding of the head and a tapping technique on the head, heart area and gut brain area. Great for all ages and a lifelong self-help tool.

The technique has you touching the whole head from neck up to forehead. A gentle tapping is used to assist with focus. Many times, it’s the easy-to-learn and simple techniques that can make the major differences.

Children seem to really benefit from this fast technique. They ‘get it’! Many times in one of my seminars, ‘they’ are the ones that show the adults how to do it. One clever little student of mine took his mother’s headache away and made a deal to have her make his bed in return.
